Something broken
Maintenance, refactoring, infra
New functionality
Future possibility
Fire and See mode — one shot, full trajectory, real input to real output. Defer everything else until after impact.
Waiting for human input before agents can proceed
Must fix immediately
Important, do soon
Standard priority
Blocked — needs input or dependency resolved
Work completed and approved
Agent is actively working on this
Task not yet started
Awaiting quality/security review
Vision-vs-reality drift between layers (manifest / decisions / ADR / running code). Per WHW/vision teamwork.md § Truth precedence.
Cross-cutting architectural concern or design discussion
Identified design pattern, abstraction, or reusable approach
Concerns the platform layer (PDAT — composable middleware)
Concerns the product layer (WHW — AI-native building automation)

This project adopts the single PDAT development method, pinned at67c9679f4e61437794a13bcaf12cafe7be6ffd18, with the product evidence profile. AGENTS is the common bootstrap and CLAUDE imports it; shared-process precedence replaces conflicting roles, WIP, specification format, code-size, routine merge and owned-cleanup clauses.
Original project instructions, technical checks, security/authentication identities, product/ADR/spec and production/data/physical-operation gates are preserved. Claude-only common instructions move byte-for-byte to AGENTS. No application code, dependencies, CI or runtime permissions change. Local checkouts are not modified.
Validation: expert prepared the exact default-branch base 5eb0e289a1256356b1454b46a839c9ff37c81c36; independent reviewer accepted the frozen75-entry/150-file packet (manifest7f747b7de15f370e86b5a32088d1c24adc95ffdbe4e30fc7a7d06f73d7f49cfe). Exact original/after hashes, patch reconstruction, content preservation, profile evidence, imports, secret patterns and whitespace checked. Published files are read back below; applicable CI and current integration/merge protection must pass before merge. Archived/mirror flags are unavailable through gateway metadata; server write restrictions remain authoritative and are not changed.
